Hi! I'm Perry Ge, Team Manager and Co-Coach of the Hong Kong National Debate Team, as well as coach of the  Hong Kong National Team Development Squad. I have been coaching debate, public speaking, and presentation skills for over a decade. In addition to my HK Team roles, I coach schools across Hong Kong, help organise debating events, and teach private classes.

Debating achievement highlights

• 2017: 9th place at World Championships in Bali
• 2016: 4th place at World Championships in Stuttgart. Top 3 speakers ranked 2nd, 4th, 5th best in the world
• 2007: 5th place at World Championships in Seoul
• 2006: Top 16 at World Championships in Cardiff
• 2004/2005: HK National Team Captain

Previously, I was Managing Director of Keystone Education in Hong Kong, where I taught debate, English, writing, and humanities, and was in charge of education consulting programs. Prior to that, I worked in Toronto where I taught Philosophy at the University of Toronto during my PhD studies, before moving to the private sector where I trained senior executives for media interviews, speeches, and major announcements. My clients were some of Canada's top companies, including Visa Canada, Scotiabank, ICICI Bank Canada, and Canadian Tire.
